★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been going through a very tough time in my life, and dealing with anxiety and depression, where I was in need of a professional counselor to come out from the anxiety and depression, and relive my life powerfully, and I contacted Dr. Amita Devnani, and get support from her, she served me a safe space, and credible listening where I communicated with her my issues easily, and her suggestions, and guidance support me to come out from the anxiety and depression, and NOW I am fully focused in my work, and living my life powerfully and doing my work effectively.
I highly recommended Dr. Amita Devnani counseling for the students, and working professionals, and parents, and people from every walk of life.

It has completely changed my perspective of how a conversation between two people should be. Though it's an art and just like any other, you have to practice, but before that you need to learn the fundamentals.

I must say these sessions are life changing where you get to learn so many unknown facts and figures. These days people are not aware that mental health is as important as physical health of a person. They even don't know they need such sessions where they can grow themselves. I have personally seen a huge difference in my personality, now I am more calm, positive and have a positive attitude towards Life and others. All I can say is thanks alot fo these wonderful sessions.
