★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my therapy sessions with Ann Simmi John before going off to college, she was really easy to talk to, she really helped me how to handle myself during stressful situations. she really understands her patients and is very patient with them. I am doing much better now, I highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had sessions with Ann for a few months during a real low point in my life before I moved to another city. I have always found her approach to be a very honest one. It was amazing how she could listen to an entire conversation and could find the exact issue , whatever was actually bothering me by picking up on some random word or expression that i used, that is how minutely she pays attention to things. Even though I had to discontinue the sessions as i moved to another city, her suggestions and talks we had and conclusions we reached... somehow guided me for a long time till I was relatively okay and its the biggest testament that I could give to her skills as a therapist. I think I am a better person for having known her. And I hope she continues to do the good work and make lives better! Thank you Ann! :)

Dr. Ann is truly splendid when it comes to equipping you with the right thought process and mindset to tackle situations. She has a brilliant ability to calmly, patiently take you through the entire process of healing through a situation in a structured manner. Highly recommend Dr. Ann. She ensures that therapy doesn't become a crutch and eventually you become capable enough to maneuver your mind through situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulting Dr. Ann in Minds Matter was one of the best decisions I’d made while I was battling through difficult times. I was struggling with anxiety, depression and self esteem issues when I’d first started therapy. Over the months that I’d spent on therapy, she helped me identify my problems, rectified the things that were within my control and gave me the confidence to deal with future negative scenarios. Based on my experience, I’d referred my friends to her and their experiences have been equally fruitful. Her non-judgemental attitude and patient approach is what makes her a great therapist. I strongly recommend her.

Ann has aided me in terms of creating new perspectives of how to tackle difficulties pertaining to mental health. She is action oriented and has helped me in constructing goal based plans on my road to recovery. She is empathetic, an active listener, gives relevant examples and formulates a structured analysis with clear instructions in terms of a progression plan. She helped me when I was going through the bad phase of my life. Always had an excellent discussion and therapies with her. I really recovered very fast. I had visible changes only after couple of sessions with her. She really helped me change my outlook towards life. I highly recommend her as one of the best clinical Psychologist in Gurgaon.
