The owner and staff is least bother. They take customer for granted very bad service

Scooter is very easy to use and comfortable.It goes upto 60km in one charge and battery is removable so you can charge it at home also.
They have variety of variants available so you can choose according to your use.
So overall very good service in affordable price.

Visited ampere dealer to buy new upgraded model. New safety features added and reverse gear too.
Saved lots of money on petrol and auto using reo li electric scooter. And best part that no license needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I dont want to give single star rating also to them. Very rude staff , from day 1 we faced lot issue regarding milage of bike we were told company claims 120 mileage and but on road we can expect 100 or 110 but after riding we are only getting 67 - 70 mileage only and when we told them this problem 6 months back the manager, owner and staff turning back now saying we cant do anything, they didnt try to solve our issue at all. On top of that they are lying and everytime they are ignoring our issue saying we are only wrong etc etc. All sort of illogical excuses which really doesn't have rational explanation they are giving. Seriously if you value your time and money then please try to find another option, another company as now a days many companies are there for e bike, cause in future if you face any issue regarding mileage or any major or minor problem in scooty then they won't listen to you at all and they will say you are only at fault its not company's mistake. Very worst staff and owner. We have been trying to resolve our issue from last 5 to 6 months now still same arrogant and rude reply from them we are getting.

Not only Ayush, but I've had experience with other sales persons too and I must say, they all are very patient and always there for customer satisfaction. Got my 1st service done today and I'm pretty happy with the services. Overall I'm pretty happy with the product, company, services. I'd definitely recommend to go with Ampere products. Cheers!

Myself Dr adarsh, I have purchased top model Ampere magnus Ex six months back.. Its the worst decision by far to purchase vehicle from them.
Following problems I have faced
1. Range of vehicle is only under 70 , though they claim 120km per charge.
2. I had ordered for different colur bike , insted of it they gave me different colour by saying they forgot to inform me about it
3. Their staff is worst.. They don't give any respect to the customers . They don't ask u to seat also whenever u visit
4. Till now they have did 5 times testing for mileage check, but still unable to resolve my problem. They say company falsely claims it 120 but in actual it's only 75
Pls before purchasing u can think of all the problems which I had faced.. Don't waste money and time on their vehicle...i will give all the details regarding mileage if any one interested can text me 96538946867
