★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a bike enquiry.. Highly inflexible place with rigid staff and not a pleasant experience..
Sales guy was not at all interested to brief about bike, performance..he keep on talking only about price..
Will ask u to fill 2 page long form for a test drive...
Overall if u get better dealer..avoid this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can purchase my bike that is Bajaj RS 200 for the month of November 2021 at Suryoday Bajaj Goregaon West Showroom. Starting a days it was properly working. But after servicing 2-3 months some problems in my bike that is mirror broken, headlamp gone and now fuel pump is gone. Why is this types of problem in bike? Your reply is most important….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to test ride N250 new one but was offered to ride F250. Then a pillion had to sit behind so that i could not steal the bike from them. Bike test ride wasn't complete i want to test ride N250 but it wasn't provided as the footpegs were broken & reason were provided very bad experience i am a potential customer who is a pulsar RS 200 owner. Treated like this i expect N250 test ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very poor and not at all welcoming, went for a test ride. It was available only for 500 meters, that to bike was fueled so less. That bike kept stalling.. on asking the person at showroom that need a longer ride, just rudely said no and just looked away. No feedback taken to even ask how was the ride.. we take test ride to understand the bike, as we now take bike for long rides and not city riding..... Very pathetic service.. later realized it a sub dealer and not actual dealer... NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment I entered everyone agent was busy with some work yet hardly any customer. I did not get any warm feeling as I got when I entered KTM or Sujuki showroom next door. It's as if the Bajaj people are drained of enthusiasm. After few moments someone attended me. The info shared during the communication was decent however i had to ask many normal questions for getting answers. The ligting in the place was also very sad and dim. I think Bajaj people need to visit their showrooms esp if possible visit other showrooms first to get an idea how to deal with customers and train them to be enthusiastic and energetic ( not marela kinds if you understand what I mean :p )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This showroom is closed and the Irresponsible Bajaj People have not updated the status in Goole. If you search with map u will be taken to a Garrage... where no way u find Bajaj.
