★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queues queues and queues.. There's a cash deposit machine, which takes maximum of 200 notes and 48K in cash in one day and charges rs 25 for each transaction, which most banks don't. There's always a queue for it and for the passbook printing kiosk. The ATM is ok works mostly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even deserving for 1* .. to deposit one cheque it took 4 hours ..no proper guidance no one really helping you here no one even bother about you .. just they will ask to go on that khidki an then just roam around... cheque deposited on one window and for receipt you need to go to another unknown window..that person is not atall bother about you . He is not even taking the effort to tell you that go to any perticular window for receipt.. if you go inside and even if you sit and watch videos movies it will be like theatre no one is really bother why you are here ... pathetic experience and i have collected form of account closure no one is bother about it .. don't even think of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take a holiday from work and visit this bank, they will make you run from here to there from morning till the bank closes. Terrible service, 1 counter for almost all the services. I think office office tv show was based on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World most disorganized branch. I hold NRI account. Account was put on hold due to KYC, US citizen went to branch, sent to three different person each saying I dont do NRI account. One asked to fill KYC form, Filled and sent to fourth person, 4th person say wrong KYC form, gave everything original, she asked to go and bring xerox, Three days trying to get account working and no joy visiting branch. customer service is just big zero. Going there today last time or will close and get my business eslewhere.
