★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank of Baroda is the worst bank in the history of Banks. I think they can keep there slogan as "We have problem to all your Solutions". The staff doesn't not help you with anything and even for basic things they will make you visit the branch atleast 4-5 times. And this is not just with me but today I saw them not even bothering over senior citizens queries which is so shameful. I would request anyone and everyone please do not open your account in this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some associate goes out of town, they don't even know when he is coming back still they tell come tomorrow, tomorrow, for a small change in number I wasted 6 hours across a week, PATHETIC SERVICE.
Everything takes so long to process and get updated, feels like I'm in 20thCentury, why does any procedure takes so much of time????

Process is too slow. Servers are often down. The person who does work often needs other colleague guidance and is not able to answer
In borivali branch my account got closed within half hour. Here they said it will take atleast one week. What nonsense. They make us fill form there and that too don't give complete information at once on what to fill and what not..Huge waste of time. Pls don't even think of opening bank account here. Not even senior citizen friendly.
