★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once it was very urgent for me to deposit cash and 5 minutes were left for lunch break. The amount was very small as far as i remember. It should not had taken for the lady less than 2 minutes to complete the transaction. But the lady staff at cash counter refused to accept and told me to come after lunch. I requested her Ma'am it's little urgent. Then she sounded so RUDE!! - Khana khane doge kya hume. Insan hai machine nahi etc etc. I felt it bad........ Wait wait wait the most important thing i wasn't aware that time. There's one rule stated by RBI Ombudsman Dept that Commercial Banks cannot refuse to render any service even during lunch hours. If they do so we customers can report to rbi against the bank's services
