★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder has no approval for this scheme , he launched it in Five Phases and non of them has approval for constrution and other clearances, he just made fool of govt. employees and now reluctant to return the 20% amount he took at the time of booking, THIS IS A CHEATER COMPANY and need to be cancillation of their builder licence by U.P. govt. immmediately and also acutioned his property so that buyers can get their money back.
