★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a long term customer of Amrapali since 2010. There is no doubt they deal with exceptional designs...but they don't provide service for repairing or re-polishing silver items for free of cost... For every single item, each time they charge INR 300 which is known to be processing fee..and I have minimum 50 items including necklaces and earrings to be repolished and repaired. So my question is , Is this brand only meant for celebrity use?? And there's no customer support from Amrapali jewels even after sending endless emails!!!!
Shame on you Amrapali jewels.....
