★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anokhi's clothes are beautiful, but this location's staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We've been to (and bought far too many things) at Anokhi in Delhi and Kochi and have nothing but praise for both stores, so we were excited to visit this location. I must say that I was truly shocked by just how unhelpful and rude the employees were (we visited at 430pm on March 3). Utterly no smiles or friendliness, they told me that things didn't exist that I'd seen in other stores (a larger size of a handkerchief that I personally own in both sizes, as well as a shirt that I'd seen in other locations that they laughed at me and said didn't exist until I pulled it up on my phone to show them). Anyway, Anokhi's clothes are still fantastic, so we bought a shirt for my boy and a top for his mother, and even with that, they were unfriendly throughout the transaction, didn't say thank you at the counter, and didn't say thank you as we exited. All this after I told another customer that they absolutely must buy a jacket that they were trying on as it looked perfect, so I was initially on the employee's side. Truly weird, and incredibly off-putting. If I were a regional manager, I would give these staff a serious talking to or tell them to find a job at which they can be pleasant, as this is the first and only negative experience I've had at any location I've visited. They were so impolite and unhelpful that I almost regret the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The collection of this place is amazing but the general vibe is so off putting. The staff stands there like some sort of statue- no smile, no greeting- nothing. They are just curt and answer to the point. There is this eerie silence as you browse through the store, almost unnerving. I would prefer them having a more warm and hospitable environment
