This nice and beautiful place take us back To the golden time of our past, When the things are different from now there no phone, no machines, no facebook, no whatsapp but everything was going well without these kind of things which we are using right now, there was no car but people travels, no phones but people communicate, there was a healthy pollution free environment for everyone, people live long and healthy life. But now where are we standing ? Pollution , unhealthy diets , running and running for money . I'll update this very soon Thanks for reading Do like if you find it helpful... Thanks. ?

Āmrapālī, also known as "Ambapālika" or "Ambapali", was a celebrated nagarvadhu(royal courtesan) of the republic of Vaishali(located in present-day Bihar) in ancient Indiaaround 500 BC.[1][2][3] Following the Buddha's teachings, she became an arahant. She is mentioned in the old Pali texts and Buddhisttraditions, particularly in conjunction with the Buddha staying at her mango grove, Ambapali vana, which she later donated to his order and wherein he preached the famous Ambapalika Sutta.[4][5][6][7] The legend of Amrapali originated in the Buddhist Jataka Tales some 1500 years ago. Early lifeEdit Amrapali was born around 600-500 BCE, to Mahanama & an unknown mother. Etymologically, the variants on her name derive from a combination of two Sanskritwords: amra, meaning mango, and pallawa, meaning young leaves or sprouts.[8] It is said that she was spontaneously born at the foot of a mango tree in one of the royal gardens in Vaishali — hence her name.[9] Even as a young maiden, Amrapali was exceptionally beautiful. It is said that a feudallord by the name of Mahanaman was so enchanted by the young Amrapali's looks that he abandoned his kingdom and moved to Ambara village, a small hamlet in Vaishali.[10

Located on ahinsa circle..unlike all forts in Jaipur Amrapali's locality is good you don't need to travel too much. Ticket prices : 600 rupees for adults and 300 for student id. Place for parking 2wheeler and 4 wheeler, helmets. Provide Sanitizer before you enter.

The ticket is worth Rs.600 with audio tour included, which is fairly expensive, however the museum has some exclusive artifacts and jewellery from all across the country, which definately makes it worthy of a visit if you can afford the entry fee. Above the museum is their jewellery showroom.

I am rating this place 3 stars not because it is not beautiful or worth it but it is very expensive for students, 300 for each student is quite high

Very nice ancient jewellery collection. Though it has a small building there is huge collection placed in the drawers. There is a audio guided tour for the enthusiasts. The guards also provide a good view of the collection. The ornaments for sale on top floor are too pricey!
