★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am learning yoga from Amrit yoga. Gaurav Sir is our teacher. I am really thankful to him for teaching me in such a wonderful way. My flexibility has increased drastically. Have got lot of peace of mind. I have joined 4 months back and can see remarkable difference in my day to day activities. Scientifically i am not sure how it is affecting me so much in creative, intellectual or emotional way; But each section is towards betterment.I can feel the difference in each activity i am doing in my day to day life.
