Enrolled myself for virtual classes during the third month of my pregnancy. Asha ma'am!! She is a wonderful, empathic lady who was a second mother to me. The best thing about her is she is always available for me. Midnight I have some issue, she is available on call. She gives clarity on what to expect at every stage and how to get over each issue we face. This makes the process a lot easier. Asha ma'am taught me with a lot of patience and passion!! ? Felt blessed and safe to be in her able care throughout my pregnancy.

Attended Pregnancy yoga classes of Dr. Asha mam. She made my pregnancy journey so smooth. The exercises and meditation practices taught by her were very helpful in keeping the mind calm and positive. I would look forward for her classes, mam makes it interesting by stating apt examples and keeps the class lively by making it interactive. She is a very patient teacher who makes sure you have understood things correctly and does not mind repeating any number of times. She makes things simple and easy to understand by stating everyday experiences as example. Mam is also very accommodative and flexible when it comes to the class timings in case of any emergency. On the whole mam's classes made my pregnancy journey a pleasant memorable one. Thanks a lot mam.

i really enjoyed the entire experience of my Yoga classes with Maám Asha. i was a reluctant student to practice Yoga as i never did this before, however after few classes i start loving it and start looking forward for the classes. Maám had so much attention to all the details, all the steps we do , she really ensures that we do it correctly. Slowly there was an inner peace and relaxation flowing in especially when you do breathing exercise. Highly knowledgeable and helpful, she went at slow pace so that we learn it very well and the modules are something we can pick it up easily. She challenges and at the end of the day you feel so good. i definitely recommend all of you to reach out to her and book your classes. Its really worth it. Through this post i am also giving my heartfelt thanks to her for sharing her knowledge and helping many of us. All the best.

No amount of words will actually equal to the amount of help Doctor Asha has done for me. I have pcod and periods were very irregular. Because of this issue I had put on a lot of weight. I started my yoga journey with her and now, not only do I get my periods regularly, I have reduced my weight and have learnt mindful eating. Doctor Asha is very humble, patient and calm. I would suggest anyone reading this review to give a try with her. She gives one on one counselling and has a good hold on yoga. Thank you so much for all the help.

I got to know about Laksh Yoga through an Ayurvedic Clinic. I joined Laksh yoga to manage stress and anxiety and as a couple we had lot of understanding issues. I went to laksh yoga to join the classes to my wife. But i want to try the "Positive Health" module as per Asha madam's suggestion. I want to Thank Asha Maam for her support and her teaching technique was very detailed and I enjoyed the stress management classes and yoga nidra. After joining the classes I saw lot of changes in my professional and personal life as well. Asha mam guided me very well and she is having a deep knowledge about spiritual life and also simple living. I recommend Laksh yoga as one of the best place to learn and adopt yoga for a positive health.

Dr Asha Raj she is the one who helped me become 1- skilled in learning Yoga and go into details 2- became a conduit in my life to help me achieve my Lakshya in life ie learning Yoga 3- Her approach helped me articulate my thoughts and express my language in a very simplistic way. Asha Raj is no doubt very deep in her understanding and practical applications of Yoga philosophy , she is a very positively and assertively poised personality who instilled confidence in me. Long back, in 2014, I had enrolled with her to heal the hormonal imbalances due to exposure to treatments i had undergone and to release the toxins and chemical imbalances in my body during which I learnt different Asanas, breathing exercises, dynamics, she made me achieve surya namaskar 108 times and many soothing and calming meditations. At a time in Feb, when I was going through Covid she was so supportive and also has been counselling me while i was undertaking the Yoga Instructor course with her It is indeed a privilege and an enlightening journey to meet her and learn from her. My best wishes to her all the best in enlightening and empowering many women like me into Yoga path to positive health and living.

I had joined Laksh Yoga by reading online reviews of it. I was given detailed counselling by Mrs Asha Raj, my yoga teacher. From the very first meeting till date it has been an amazing experience. The courses here will transform you physically, mentally and spiritually. In one month only I could feel so many changes in myself which let me tell you I never experienced before in my life. Very soon, I will be starting with my next course here :). The journey with Asha Mam has been truly enjoyable. An honest suggestion for the viewers: Don’t waste your money in Gyms instead join Yoga which will transform you in the best possible way and what better place than Laksh Yoga to start. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a better lifestyle to join this place.

I came across Laksh Yoga Studio when I was googling for good Yoga classes in desperation to reduce anxious and stress. It was a wonderful experience to learn yoga from Doctor Asharaj. Doctor is very friendly and the way classes are structured are amazing .She understands our needs and conducts classes based on our need .The individual attention given to each of her student and the personal counselling also provided, She is very friendly, a great motivator, and encourages with positive thoughts . I thoroughly enjoyed yoga classes, and thank you very much Mam for being part of my journey.
