★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They serve variety of kulcha.. but the best one is potato Amritsari Kulchas... Its like having the same as in Amritsar. Seating will be a bit problem. As during rush you might not get a place to sit. Serving staff is good and Food is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is at least 15 years old, offering Amritsari kulcha, bhature and sweet dish etc etc. Their most popular dish is Amritsari kulcha with chhole. The taste is awesome, but certain things have not changed till date :
1. Be prepared for 30mins or more waiting time, irrespective of whenever you go.
2. The amount of red chilli powder in Chhole and the accompanying Chutney.. Often raised with shopkeeper, but..
3. Size of Amritsari kulcha is small as compared to offered by other shops . You might still feel hungry after one, but thanks to waiting time and chillis as explained above, you might not ask for another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olfactory signals from the kitchen made me drooling for this Amritsari Kulcha. We decided to have one and ordered. They asked us to sit in scorching heat and just put a fan on one side which was good for nothing. on taste scale Kulcha was not upto the mark but was still ok as we can't expect Amritsari taste in Chandigarh. I guess early morning or evening is the right time for Kulcha otherwise you, yourself will be cooked in heat. The place was less hygienic but staff was humble. I just see that I will not be going there anytime sooner than September.
