★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience . I dun think they know anything about it . In lipid profile test , they have given LDL range 50-190 . But doctors say it should be below 100 or max 129 . Worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You deserve a much better rating but thanks to the people you have hired the rating has dropped. They don't know how to talk with the patients or for that matter they don't even know how to behave professionally and on top of that they are arrogant and egoistic...
My recommendation to you would be change your staff coz they would be the reason people stop coming to your centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast in sampling and results but the lady on phone is very slow. You have to call her 10 times for sending a report . A employee who will lose them customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this lab for the last 20 years when it has a small setup in a house in sec 9. but now they have increased their charges...they charged Rs.800.00 for the package I opted for which I was chaged Rs.700 or 750.00 last time..which were on higher side last time also..when I asked to reduce charges today..no satisfactory response was given...In this scenario of pandemic people are offering free services but this lab is charging more...so I do not recommend this lab....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely poor service as far as home sampling is concerned. please do not ask them for home. ollectoon of samples. takes more than 2 hours and numerous calls to come. very very poor.
