The society has many shops on the outside and is located on singhgad high street.
The management should really take care of the sewage smell issue.

Chindrens playing in parking area, lift having cheat that, in case lift gets off will start in 2min,security also not ask who is coming n going from gate, though society n construction is good, but not full fill complete requirement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for living. 2bhk and 1bhk flats are there. Good safety is provided. Everywhere CCTV camera surveillance is there. Before delivery actually it is the same person or not is confirmed by contacting the ordering person. Huge space for parking cars and bikes and good safe parking for cycles. Metered gas is also there which can be paid through the society developed app.
