β β β β β I wanted to take my grand daughter around 8.40 pm for an emergency last night, so made a call to find Dr's availability. Receptionist told me that Dr asked her not to entertain any visit by new patients. I asked her to check with Dr as it was an emergency. She put me on hold for some time and told me that Dr declined to see, even it is an emergency.
Doctors and hospitals becomes best only when they carry humanity.

β β β β β Treatment was good. But the receptionists are not good. They are not following the sequence. They are sending the patients who camera last with no appoint.ment.Just to show the reports of my kid taken 3hrs timeI have taken appointment and my appointment time was 1pm, i reached hospital at 11am. They called me at 2pm. Just to see the reports.

β β β β β doctors are so humble and good, but the problem is with receptionists who are not have patience.especially senior one.
i think they are not trained ones.

β β β β β Treatment was pretty good. Doctor was very humble with polite response. But the receptionists were worst than worst ever seen before in my life. They don't respond properly. Seems like they were just 10 class qualification. I didn't understand why they were giving rude answers to patients. Better to change the staff. My sincere request to management. Please arrange some polite and educated staff in the reception. Otherwise it could impact your hospital reputation.

Same like this,here the staff also same as doctor.
They used to shout at the patients those who are waiting.?
