When requested for service centre details they just disconnect the call and when i dialed again the lady simply washed off her hands by saying that it was not her job to give service centre details. Appalling. Disgusting.

They replied on this post but never contacted back for resolution. Awful sales and service. The machine keeps spilling water out of humidifier.
