★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is full on (dumbly) angry. Very bad experience with him. I have ordered and paid fully on my clip on glasses but owner called me again and told that we are unable to make this glasses with my number. So i told him to refund it but he keep on insisting that you can chose from another frame (which all seems duplicate to me personally) .I stuck on refund and after bad behavior he just refunded me 98% next day. (even though they were unable/impotent to deliver my order.) . I hope no one from Gandhinagar should face this kind of dishonest business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid going to this shop or else you will feel cheated. Spent 10K plus amount for spects but useless as i have to throw it in dustbin. Never give a single penny advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, not even 1 star is eligible for them, we gave spectacles to tight it but they broke the frame and the owner is saying to buy another frame with 50 rs discount. I suggest no one should go to them, they don't have humanity or business sense.

I had ordered the glasses with full payment and when I got them, the number was wrong, the frame was crooked and not the one I'd selected, and there was a blue tint in the Specks which made everything look blue to me, and other people could also understand that it's a blue chashma. Horrible product, horrible experience and unskilled people. Pl don't waste your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there regular customer but recently i saw they have turned very rude i went to get prescription glasses they charged me 1400 and they are wrong prescription because i can't see a thing and when i was about to leave i was looking at all the sunglasses but the staff very rudely said 'paisa '??? I am really disappointed please go else where and pay more than coming here
