The owner ,Mr Saurabh Anand , is one most well & soft spoken , articulate & talented person I've ever met. Always greets one with a smile & knows how to deal with a customer. You'll always be treated well even if you can't come to a deal with him regarding a product after talking over that particular deal for a decent amount of time , which is a rare personality a shopkeeper possess.
