The Owner of this store Mr. Vinay Mittal is works only money making Policies, he don’t know worried about Customer Satisfaction. When you will visit this he and his Salesman will treat you in very polite way. But after Sales if you will visit their store, both will treat you like a beggar...
They are making foolish to their Every Customer; I have purchased a New Hitachi Air Conditioner from Mittal Enterprises Store, when I was visit they asking them about Different - different Bands and Models of Ac. They both recommended that we keep only best AC that was only single product of Hitachi... I again and again ask him about something new product. But the Owner of this Store says to me don’t be worried I am here to solve all of your Problems. You will never face any problem about this product.
As per suggested by Mr. Viany Mittal, I purchased that Ac from their Store. First of all the Installation of that Ac was so Late..... i ask him to Install my product on time. He tells me that there is So Much rush. I think this may be happening.....
After Installation of My Ac I was surprised that the product that he gives to me was Joke... because Ac is Working Like a Coller...... It makes horrible Sound like a Old Coller, No one can’t sleep using this AC. I visited their store again and again also told him of Product problem.........
Guys you will really Surprised that At Today Mr. Vinay Mittal say to me that this is only psychological... Ac is working Proper. I can’t stop my laugh after listening these works from that Bloody Man – Vinay Mittal – Owner f Mittal Electro.
