★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had categorically informed them that the installation is for a patients room and had requested an earlier installation. Not only did they tell me that it wouldn't be possible to make the installation but they further told me to return the ac if I was unhappy with the response. Not only that, but today, i.e. 14 of April, 2022 was the scheduled date given by blue star and they further failed to keep even this appointment. On telephoning them, they do not receive the phone calls and thereafter they have further switched off the phone. absolutely third class service bringing down the name of Blue Star
