β β β β β It is a good place for the small functions for near about 400-500 people's.
The place is located in the heart of the city which is swargate near the saras baug that's why it is easy to get find easy to reach and the more important is you can get the vehicles like cab rickshaw and other carrying vehicles (PMT) So no worry for if the function is finished some late.
