★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have organized an event there last week. I should have rated it negative but its not an option. Let me go through step by step for issues :-
1). We have asked for 40 waiters but the management arranged only 20, rest of them skipped the venue once we get busy with other arrangements and we can't do anything in the mean time. Still they charged for 40 persons, in-fact they are shameful enough to ask for Bakshish(Service Charge). The waiters were completely unprofessional as they were picked randomly and were untrained, some of them are just stalking girls instead of serving cold drinks and snacks.
2). The toilets were in un-hygenic state and the flush inside none of the toilets were not working. Moreover please arrange your own person for toilet cleaning as we did coz they will not provide anyone in night(that was known to us since beginning).
3). After midnight they will turn the lights in the venue off no matter even if your event is in-between.
4). After midnight we asked Coffee Boy to serve coffee to our invitees but the person was reluctant enough and when after begging he gets ready to serve it, he served it without sugar in 2 out of 5 servings.
Just to confirm all the arrangements discussed above were made by owner himself
Please do visit the place once on your own while someone else's event is going there to confirm all these things yourself and do not make a booking till you are completely satisfied and discussed everything with the careless and unprofessional owner.
