★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is ok but This hospital and it's service is so bad. They just don't understand the sensitivity of the case. I was kept waiting for hours even though I was so sick. Top of that when I asked receptionist after 2 hrs that when the doctor is goin to see me, she was so rude and keeps on insulting in front of all the patients waiting. This hospital and it's service will just give u more headache and irritate u like anything. Won't recommend it to anyone at all.

As corona conditions there no any safety for patients during OPD, too much rush.
No proper management for OPD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Briefing the experience. Never seen before a dr. with such an WEIRD AND RUDE behaviour. Treating patients without patience . dr suffering from Monomania ,Paranoia.ANGRILO WEIRUDO SYNDROME. Doesn't gives more than 2 minutes per patient. Charges 500rs and lab tests not required .Visited for first and last time. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED . Better go to Faith hospital Panigate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jayesh is quite senior and his diagnosis is very correct. Doctor's nature is very good. Staff is also good. Charges are ok. Very good doctor on Waghodia road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited 3 time, 1st time i pay 500rs then 2nd time i pay 300rs. And when i visit 3rd time for medical certificate he charged again 300 rs. which is not good. Other hospital not charged for medical certificate.
When i visited 1st time and ask for Payment receipt Dr. Jayesh shah said we will provide latter on or when your treatment completed. after few days treatment was completed so i meet one of the staff members (also meet dr. Jayesh shah) and demad for payment receipt but they provided current dated payment receipt which wrong payment receipt, 1st i requested to him that please provide me right payment receipt(Post dated) with correct date but staff members ignore it and started aggressivly communicate and argues with me and in between dr. Jayesh shah Aggressively jump and misbehaving with me even he trying to slap me and denied my request which is totally unacceptable i said its my right to get right payment receipt from hospital.
HIS BEHAVE IS LIKE PROFESSIONAL BUT HE IS NOT.
MIGHT BE HE HAS HAVING A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN HIS FIELD BUT I FEEL HE NEED TO LEARN HOW TO BEHAVE WITH THE PATIENTS.
I HAVE FEW SUGGESTION FOR YOU AND YOUR STAFF MEMBERS, THAT YOU ALL NEED TO LEARNED HOW TO MAKE INVOICE WITH CORRECT DETAILS ( if you dont know then ask to your CA insted of Your Dr. Jayesh shah)
YOUR STAFF MEMBERS NEED TO LEARN 1℅ OF THE MANAGEMENT SKILL.
- Not managing walk-in patients lots of patients are frustrated from staff members and leave the hospital without treatment
- Misbehaving with walk-in patients.
- High charges with limited medical treatment suggestions
- Staff members not supportive
- Do not miss to take receipt / medical certificate when you visit in hospital if dr. Said we will provide you latter then dont trust him ask to provide 1st.
- Be a clear about the Medical certificate/any letter while consulting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good but the staff is worst. They insult you every time u talk with them. In this corona situation, staff make u sit besides corona positive patient. No safety measures are there as they treat covid patients also. In the waiting area, 50% patients are corona positive. And u are sitting with them. staff is so rude that once u talk to them, u will never want to go to the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jayesh shah is good: we have visited 4 times but every time only bad experience was the staff: they were so rude even if you ask them politely they would answer you in a bad manner. We have seen the same behaviour with other patients too. And there is also one Khekli (intern) she was so rude as well.
