★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I visited hospital to get my eyes checked, doctor had to go somewhere and was in haste. He didn't dilate my eyes with medicine for checking my eyes, He told that I had problem of poor vision but didn't checked whether I had glaucoma or catract. I feel that I was cheated and paid his consulting fees for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to connect them for urgent appointment but their phone was not working. I went there with my 5yr old daughter who has pain in eye. Receptionist rudely denied and said phone is not working and appointment is full. I did request her that it is just matter of 5-10 mins and she replied, "All need 5 mins, what should I do?"
