★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were travelling from bangalore to mumbai
1. Driver didnt say that this bus is from bangalore to aurangabad, bt we booked for Mumbai(borivali).
2. He just droped me at pune branch and saying 'piche bus aa rha h'.
3. Non of the Office person has attanded customer call ...we have tried 50 times.
4. Paying AC sleeper fair and comming in Non AC sleeper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost service seen ever.... Already 2 hours delayed. Every time getting delayed.. also Driver taking the passangers on the seat. Seats are not clean. No any replacement driver available with driver. A

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus reached late due to traffic.... This still can be IGNORED. The bus staff was hesitant to stop the bus for washroom intervals which was hardly a matter of 10 mins. He stops the bus on the highway where all men were standing on the road side and passing urine. Where shud the ladies go? The cleaner of the bus telling me straight " Bus nahi rukega ladies ke liye, Yaha koi washroom nahi hai" which came as a shock to me. We are paying so much for 3 seats. They shud work on der staff and plan and think about women & kids boarding the bus...Bus no : PYO5A6428 And now he is telling me Bus will reach 2 hrs late....Mumbai to Ankola

To my worst bus experience.
We have booked 2 a/c sleeper tickets from Bangalore to Mumbai for 22-04-2022 for 2 of us and our 1 year child.
The bus went till pune (kartaj bypass)(morning 7.00) and asked us to wait at kartaj office and take another bus from there, we waited for 1.5 hrs then the office guy said that non a/c is coming please board in it (morning 8.30).
We argued with him when we have paid for a/c tickets why we board non a/c bus then hi was like then wait till 10.00 am another bus will come (a/c bus).
Last We asked him to arrange a car for us but he didn't responded.
As there was no option left we boarded for non a/c bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC JOURNEY EXPERIENCE...we travelled from Pune to gokarna... Initially it was really good.But then it started once it left pune... It was 2 hour late... Then in midnight at one rest stop bus was not starting and they did some jugad to start at that time we got hint that some issue is there but hopefully we will reach safely. Real disaster happened when bus broke down at one point before 150-175km of gokarna. There was a major issue in bus and smoke came out from all the sides... It was life threatening experience.i totally not recommend to travel with this bus operator.

1. Contact number of pickup person was switched off
2. The bus was 2 hours delay and the driver gave the reason of traffic. Ratko 4 baje konsa traffic hota hai chutiyo? Atlist informing the passenger should be the priority thing. Our pickup point was Chandni Chowk. We travelled from Dhayari at 4.30 AM. Waited there for almost 2 hours.
3. Behaviour of the staff is very bad. The driver was arguing like he is a owner.
I need contact number of person who have some kind of responsibility. So that I can teach him, how to run the business.
Passengers are not servents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m travelling from pune to chitradurga (near Bangalore) its been a very worst experience for me while travelling in your bus there is no cleanliness, all the curtains are dirty even though there is no pillow and bedsheet also and having very bad smell and I paid 2600Rs for this service. I’m very much disappointed from your service and in my future I will not travell by this bus.
If you are paying more and getting experience of these type of worst things its highly irritability, so I recommend all that if you are expecting better service with high cost you better book some other company buses please dont recommend this bus ?

Passengers were stuck overnight and no replacement or refunds were made.
