Just keep standing on road.. and side of that non veg hotel... It stinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't give half star.Its better to travel through non AC bus instead of this.Bus staff are very rude and they have kept some trees over our luggage and due to that our luggage bags were completely wet and internal stuff too.They just focus on money and keep adding the passenger and parcel at any stop.Bus was 1 hour late just because of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SRS travels charge some additional ammount on top of the bill for loading unloading material though it is already included in bill. Management should work on this and avoid hiden charges. Rest everything is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star am deducting because of the harrassment I had to face here from pravin patil who is on front desk , srs is very fast efficient company I like this because of timely delivery but Me Pravin Patil is person who has a bad mouth who has two degree attitude worst Person i ever faced . Such a nonsense person and don't have any manners please srs take a note of this idiot this will spoil your name .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Got 3 hours late. I was standing at the pickup stop for more than 2 hours. The contact numbers were not reachable. I contacted the wakad office, one guy kept telling that the bus will come in 10 mins half an hour. I was supposed to reach Bangalore at 7 reached at 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled two times with SRS Travel from Pune to Bangalore. Bus was not neat and clean. In non a/c bus cockroach was roaming around the seats. In both a/c and non-a/c bus between two seat empty soft drink bottle, biscuit packet were there. I told they clean the bus after every trip, this is totally wrong.
One good thing is for a/c bus is their punctuality. They always reach on time.
