Poor quality of construction material and internal finishing. No Maintenance of STP and gardens.once you buy the flat builder leave everything on you for your building.Think before buy.

β β β β β Very bad construction and builder never support for any couse after registration. No water for domestic use. Every year need to bring water tanker. Dugwel get dry in January and problem start. STP odur in building no ΰ₯©. Sewage water spillage. Compound wall height is so small that any body can theft anything. Builder make us fullish by selling this bad flat.

β β β β β No facility of domestic water.. before buying flat, builders will promise u for 24 hours water but once u bought then they will say this is not our responsibility to give u water.. no proper space for parking.. garden is so small for project of 7 buildings.. we r facing so many issues and it's not possible to write everything here.. but think once before buying
