Best Aerobics sessions which I have been doing for the around 8-9months. Excellent training by the instructor. I would definitely recommend everyone to join here to maintain a peaceful mind and a healthy flexible body.

It is a very good yoga and aerobics center...poushali aunty teaches us very carefully and gives us many fitness tricks for our various problems in our body..she is also a very well trained in yoga and aerobics...and her behaviour is very friendly...❀?

This place is very calm and quite and in my opinion it is the ideal place for reducing weight and doing yoga, aerobics etc. Our teacher Poushali mam is very well in behavior. She teaches us nicely.

Anada aerobics and yoga center is a good fitness point. Our teacher Poushali is well qualified in physical training and JU passout in this concerned subject. She offers various types of fitness tricks, yoga posturs according to your needs. Every session is very energetic. Moreover she made aerobics classes more interesting as she does bollywood numbers. She is a very good instructor. Anybody can loss their weight if they join here. Ambience is nice. They look after the safety and security measures. In pandemic situation they are more focused on healthy measures and sanitization.
