★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trainer Avijit I have found here Is very much knowledgeable. He doesn't suggest steroid abuse rather he believes in hard work,diet And discipline. Consistency is the main factor for him.
Needs to have some more weights in Patuli branch , otherwise it's fine by me.

The ambience is perfect, and it also ticks off all the boxes in terms of quality and professionalism. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym provides a calm and vibrant place for workouts. The staffs of this gym behaves very politely and provides all the necessary help. Morning batch trainer Mr.Abhijit Das is pretty professional and according to my opinion he is the perfect trainer for body transformation in as natural ways as possible. I am very thankful to fitness factory for providing a trainer like Mr. Abhijit Das because he deserves the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the finest , well equipped gym in South kolkata , I must say about the trainer , like my personal trainer Sontu da is just perfect and not only that he is well trained, well mannered, and always helpful in nature .
He always guides me in my diet , workout schedule and cardio .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have 2/3 gyms in our locality but I like this particular gym (fitness factory) even it's far from my home. Ambience is good and especially the trainer Avijit Das, he take care of every single member of this gym, from posture correction to diet plan he is always there to help. His friendly but professional behaviour is the cherry on the top of the cake. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy the social atmosphere of the gym. Workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, workouts are led by personal trainer Avijit Das, who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement.
Some equipment need to be upgraded , like some dumbbells and treadmills.
At the end I can say , you will not leave disappointed ! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym.
