I have been a part of the family since 2015. Both offline and online classes are too good. This actually helped me to stay fit and active. The classes are like adding a big bowl of happiness and fun in our mundane lives at the same time keeping us absolutely fit. Our teacher Papri aunty is someone who is very much approachable. She's really very friendly and at the same time very strict about classes and homeworks. She gives us stepwise small goals which finally gives great results. Now we're doing online classes which are nothing less than the offline ones. Each of us get individual attention and the results are very much satisfactory. Staying home for almost 2 long years, these classes helped me stay physically fit and active.

I have been a part of this group since 2016, offline and now online. The trainer is very friendly and is some one to whom you can reach out very easily. She will motivate you to reach your goal and her enthusiasm is very contagious. You will definitely try to reach out to her enthusiasm. Online classes are now what i look up to everyday. And during this pandemic she gives advices and also arranges seminars which helps us physically as well as mentally.

If you are looking for loosing weight or want to become fit without any equipment or weight training but at the same time you will loose weight with so much of fun doing zumba and other exercises, you are at the correct place then. Papri ma'am gives care and attention to all her students with diet chart as well. Her workout session is so effective and fun filled that you will definitely love it.

It is a place where one can have overall fitness. I am member of this place from December 2020.Great Mentor who always motivates all. I have not only lost weight but also lost inches. So many health issues has been solved within 6 months.. Now I can wear "L" Size dress but 6 month before it was "XXL". This kind of miracles happens here. Overall it is a great platform for physical health.

My experience with DFW is beyond words. One of the best fitness class I have ever joined. Also one of the best teacher who personally address you and take care of you. Do join this class without thinking twice. Fun and exercise amazing.

I recently join dfw(online classes) and I must say this is awsome and very helpful place for anybody who want to improve their lifestyle in a healthy way.Papri mam ( our fitness coach)--some words for her ❀️she is so honest ,caring,hardworking,passionate,inspiring and powerfull women.I am so happy to have her as my fitness coach.DFW brings so much positivity in our life.Thank you DFW.❣️???

Its the best possible online fitness class for females. The trainer is very helpful n keeps a hawk's eye on each n every student..hats off to her capability of managing so many ladies in a batch giving everyone personal attention at every step. I have been to other fitness classes too but never saw a trainer so dedicated. She takes Care of our diet plan too n is approachable even after the session . she understands an individual's schedule n limitations n I have never seen her getting irritated to our silly questions which otherwise one might hesitate to ask a trainer. The best part is all the workout is based on body weight n free hand.she doesn't promote using dumbbells which is really appreciable. The last place I was attending to made me lift heavy dumbbells even when I said I was unable to n thus ended having a really serious tennis elbow. But here the trainer whom we fondly call didi takes care of my injury well n always keeps a check if m improving.. In a nutshell,this is the best fitness platform for anyone who is looking to improve their lifestyle. Thank you papri di for everything.
