★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the opportunity to reside in Ananda Nilayam from 2019-2020. With adequate car parking, lift and 24/7 Caretaker, its a great place to reside. Few draw backs are poor mobile network and frequent electricity outages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 10 months stay in Ananda Nilayam was quite pleasant with lovely people always ready to help around with anything.
Pros : Well furnished and spacious.
Very close to supermarket and restaurants.
In a quiet locality.
Walkable distance to public transport.
Cons : Have to get a good WiFi connection along with WiFi adapter for backup as Internet connectivity via 4G isn't strong and can be a headache if you are a Software Professional as power outages were frequent during my stay.
