There are group meditations, chanting sessions and service. You just know, inwardly, that God is present with you during the sessions. If you want to learn an advanced meditation technique, or simply want to be in the company of spiritual souls, then this is indeed the place you are searching for.

Our lives have been uplifted by attending Ananda Sangha classes. Me and my wife have been visiting here since last two years, and the teachings have transformed and touched our lives in such subtle ways that cannot be expressed in words. Only way we can express ourselves is through our gratitude. Thanks Roma ji and Haridas ji for your guidance and love. The divine Guru's blessing has transformed our lives.

This is the best place in Bangalore where one can learn meditation and Kriya yoga. The acharyas there are very much experienced and authentic. They teach meditation techniques taught by Paramahansa Yogananda. It doesn't looks like a commercial place at all. I liked their way of teaching, the behavior of the people and the ambiance of the place. So I would like to recommend this place to anyone who wants to learn meditation seriously and not as time pass and fun.

I went there with a lot of hope to attend the first level as they call it. But was very disappointed after practicing their meditation method. Meditation should have been a state of relaxing, but as they teach it, it is so difficult that i doubt anyone can become meditative. So many exercises before meditation, keep your spine straight, sit in a particular posture, deep breathe in and out counting 1 to 6.. i mean how can you expect one to meditate if you are to take care of so many things. It surely cant be meditation and certainly not the way Lahiri Mahasya would have meditated. It was pure wastage of time. I am not sure of experience of other people, they may have felt a difference in themselves but i believe it would be more of a kind of consolation of trying something new. Fundamentally, meditation should not be so technical and complex as they portray it as a rocket science.

I have now been following Ananda Sangha for many years and have been initiated in Kriya yoga . It all started by reading Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda which is available in several regional languages. After reading this I knew that I wanted Kriya Yoga and as I started searching I saw that Ananda Sangha was started in US and India by direct disciple of paramahansa yogananda to give kriya to householders. I went to Sunday Satsangs in Ananda Sangha and came in touch with the Swami's and Acharyas who were very genuine people and wanted to help people by giving the ancient science of Kriya yoga techniques and meditation so that people can find spiritualiy ,happiness , peace and Devotion in GOD. This is a true spiritual path for people wanting GOD and self realization. Meet the people in Ananda Sangha , practice meditation and Kriya and importantly attend Sunday Satsangs and your life will change as GOD's and Guru's blessing exist in the Centre.

If you have read the book 'The autobiography of a yogi' by Paramahansa Yogananda, you would definitely want to learn Kriya Yoga which is a unique meditation technique. At Ananda Sangha, you have the opportunity to learn meditation and Kriya yoga. The Acharyas at Ananda teach not only the authentic techniques but also many life lessons. For those who yearn to achieve peace and joy through meditation, I recommend a visit to Ananda Sangha.

I have been visiting Ananda Sangha Bangalore Centre from past few months and attending classes on Kriya yoga. I have read Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda which eventually got me here. I went to Sunday Satsangs in Ananda Sangha and talked with the Swami's and Acharyas who are very genuinely wanting to help people teaching Kriya yoga techniques and meditation so that people can find spirituality ,happiness , peace and Devotion in GOD. This is a true spiritual path for people wanting GOD and Self Realization. I feel more joyful and happier now doing Sevas and attending Satsangs. My life has changed with GOD's and Guru's blessings that exist in the Centre.
