Joined here for delhi police constable physicals and he helped me a lot.
Best guru ever and the methods that are adopted my him changes according to situation and person.
So one person fits all for fitness, physicals, sports, athletics.and not only this the activities are dynamic so u don't feel monotonous and at the same time you will start enjoying physical activities.

I'm writing this feedback as per my personal experience I started as a fresher runner in January 2022 & through this academy I am able to achieve my goals within 23 days .... Trainer is very enthusiastic, passionate and he personally look into each trainee performance ???
