★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very close to Karjat railway station. Nice project in green nature. Most beneficial here is: one can easily get Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna subsidy of 2.68 lacs here..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anant greeans (karjat )Maintenance taken in advance in 1st lockdown did not understand the my problem but anyway till not provide the drinking water connection , No any security guards . So many problem how can i explain .Builder not taken seriously. Giving tarikh pe tarikh for drinking water. what to do any suggestion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so many issues in Anant greens project in Karjat. Builders are not even able to provide basic needs. When we trying to communicate for the same there are very rude behaviour from builder. I suggest to think twice before investing with this builder. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of issue with building, No muncipal water supply, No security provision, As per Master plan given in broucher lots of things missing like building elevation, Temple, builder provided only bore well water wich is also have high PPM,tastless. We have to buy dailly water for drinking purpose,
*Think before purchasing Flat*
1.No muncipal water
2.No security
3. Connecting road for building is in worst condition
4. Internal painting, window, Sanitary fitting of poor quality
5.after buying flat no one listening your issue.
