★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Society. Also well maintained. Construction is good. stilt + 3 floors with good quality of Lifts with power backup. Small Play area for kids, sufficient parking space. Well connected from station. Groceries store are near by. Doctor's Clinic available on 5 min walking distance. Good Peoples. part of Approach road is in bad condition specially in monsoon. Main issue is there is no mobile network of any service provider. Also shortage of Drinking Water (which is in most of the areas in panvel during march to may)
