★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MOST HORRIBLE PLACE TO RENT OR BUY PROPERTY. MOBILE NETWORK (JIO/AIRTEL/VODAFONE) NO SIGNAL OR ONLY 1 SIGNAL BAR AT TIMES IN BALCONY. I RENTED 1B-303, BUT VACATED IN 6 MONTHS. DRINKING WATER ON ALTERNATE DAYS FOR 20 MINS ONLY. BORING WATER ONLY IN THE EVENING FROM FEB TILL RAINY SEASON STARTS. ITS LIKE A CONCRETE SLUM(JHOPAR PATTI). ALWAYS NOISY TILL MIDNIGHT. EVEN FOOTSTEPS IN THE GROUND FLOOR CAN BE HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR FROM THE 3RD FLOOR.

Great Facilities.Deep City is 1.5 km away from Panvel Station. It's a comfortable and peaceful society. Wisely planned. Reasonable for lower and middle class people.
Shops, Garden and Mandir are inside the society premises. I loved the construction of buildings.. kids Garden is the major thing. Network issues are there. So much tightly security checking on main gate.
