★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have stayed in the society on rent for almost a year. Serious water problem. Water is being left for 1 hour max. Everyone has storage tank inside the house which I am not used to. The construction is not good also. And also being near to highway too much of dust comes in to house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. This area is for people who owns their own two or four wheelers.. as conveyance is pathetic.. If you want auto you need to walk minimum 1.5 KM 2 KM.
2. No share auto from anywhere.
3. Direct autos will be too costly..
4. You may need to walk from station (4-5 KMs) in nights.
5. This are falls under NAINA Phase 2, so don't expect development till next 5-10 years, plus Covid too has already impact this area future/growth.
6. Once Marathon Nexzone & Sai Word city (1+ KM away) completely gets ready.. shops and all will be available for this society too.. otherwise no good shops nearby.
7. Reliance fresh and D-Mart 2KM (Kolkhe) away.
8. Best part is Kolkhe is getting developed fast with high rise Appartment and commercial.. inturn benifit this area too for basic needs.
