★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and calm place. It's a closely knit community with people mostly from Mangalore. The only problem is dust, mainly on the main road. Lots of dust. If you want to rent a house in Ananth Nagar, better look out until 9th cross. After that it's only dust, poor roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phase 1 is a decent residential area, close proximity to Electronic city and some of the lanes are very peaceful. However, Phase 2 is crowded concrete jungle which should be avoided.

Worst neighborhood but very good place to live. They will only rent their houses in this society but will never sell the house for outside the society people. So storage. U gotta think twice before hopping into such place!
