No we didn't ask after long time it was asked within few weeks oil was delivered and instead of understanding the issue all you have is excuses which shows your customer satisfaction priority and also Sample ghee was promised not once but twice and yet as per your customer satisfaction priority you never delivered.

Ghee was very bad last time we purchased and the owner accepted it and also Mustard oil was tasting bad so when asked told us it must be expired ( didn't care to replace it or refund ). Told us that he will send GHEE sample in next order which he never sent so we found new Ghee place to order from.
Won't recommend anyone
