Sales persons are dumb... They don't help you with anything once sales is done.... They don't allow to take chimney out, either you have to take outlet at your front balcony or at washing area which defeat the purpose of chimney... Even you have to buy grill, and if any additional work they charged double the rate... Overall pathetic experience.... One more important thing, don't sign agreement without getting loan approval. In case your loan didn't get approval then cancellation fees is 15% of total cost of flat which is huge amount... No mosquito net in Washing area Nice way to ask owner of flats to remove negative comments/feedback. We never asked for SCAM, we asked similar cost sheet which one of previous owner has got to get more amount of loan (got this information from your Bank Person), once your team explained it is not possible then we asked for any other solution which will help us to get more loan amount. No one has provided any solution or suggestion. So you call us SCAMSTER to ask about cost sheet and what we can do to get more loan amount, it doesn't mean we are asking you to do scam. That was an enquiry/request. And I forgot to write about your Manager who threaten me to stop registry if I don't remove comments. We came to know about Grill and Chimney after we have given booking amount and it is for new people who may forget to ask this questions as house hunting in Bangalore is one big task due to distance, we have spent almost 3-4 month for that and I am sad that we have selected this property as our final one. We mentioned over call that once we feel our issues are resolved we will remove the comments but calling us SCAMSTER is not a way. It is clear that this is the way you people will treat owner of flat who will put their issues online.

Extraordinary construction and facilities, the marketing staffs and the colleagues responses are so good when the visit was made, The environment and the culture is so good around the apartment. The overall features of the apartment is just awesome ? ?

I have visited SV 1month before and i liked that property , i kept it option and went to look other properties. After visiting 10-12 properties in bangalore i am my wife decided to take SV only. Because Quality of SV is very different from others. It is very spacious. Rate is quite high but it is ok for best quality. Thank you SV groups for providing me best option. Thanks to Srinivas too. who guid me a lot.

Planning of this building is very bad.... they are not providing chimney outlet properly, people don't speak or reply properly I think specially (Vivek) they behaves rudely and don't response properly. So much of construction mistakes they have done. Buying property here is very big mistake of life so, do proper verification before buying flat here.

Property is located in a calm residential area and it’s well constructed with good quality and have well maintained amenities. Overall a good buy if you are looking at Electronic City area and got all the information about the project from sales and accounts executive person Vandana. All the staff members are very kind and provides relevant information.

I am writing this review after residing more than 6 months here, I stay in G072. From builder side, there are few members who takes care of maintenance and other problems faced by residents, are 'unprofessional & shameless'. They keep committing wrong dates and time for problem resolution and doesn't update if the work doesn't happen. Even after doing multiple follow ups they take things in very unprofessional and casual way, no seriousness. Sometimes they don't answer calls, no call back even. Not sure if they are asked and trained to do so or that's how some of them work. In one of the recent issue, where my sink tap (provided by builder) was leaking (which is under warranty) and damaging the plywood under the sink area, I complained regarding it almost a month back. Since then I have contacted Jeyaselan multiple times and he has been telling and giving random dates for the issue to get fixed, but that never happens. Many times he doesn't even answer the calls and even no callback. I can't afford damaging my sink area, so writing this review. I may have to face consequences for 1 star Google ratings but that's fine. Prepared for it. Hope this reaches to the concerned people, so that they can address the issues faced by residents on priority.

Construction quality is good and very well maintained. Felt very calm and peaceful place. Wonderful amenities placed. Good Spacious for events and get-together parties. Worth if we buy a flat here.All marketing executives provide relevant information especially Vandana from accounts executive.

Pros: 1- Construction quality is the USP for the builder, and its way better than the other builders. I have met many residents who has done the inquiry and comparison in depth before finalizing the flat here in the SV Grandur. 2- Branded & quality fittings provided by the builder, no compromise with quality. 3- Whatever is promised (whether documented or not) will be definitely delivered, may delay but not denied. 4- Plenty of garden and play area space for kids and adults to play and walk. 5- No high rise buildings nearby, so no obstacle for winds. Well ventilated and adequate natural lighted flats. Cons: 1- Sometimes response from builder side is delayed, to address any ask, if any.
