β β β β β Nice project with not much of Sound pollution and dust. Easy accessibility to ring road. The flats are spacious, and the designs and construction quality are also good. There are lots of schools in nearby. Grocery store inside the project which is of great help for people staying. Overall nice project with all basic amenities which are needed.

β β β β β I have brought a flat under construction almost year and hald. I have asked for modifications almost two years ago, till today it's not done. I have been literally harassed and need to beg the construction team for each and every thing.
There is no proper redressal committee, construction team GM and Santush behaves like the owner of the property.
Directly contacting builder also not working
This people doesn't know how to treat you, they don't think that you have invested your hard earned money, For this builder you are one among the client.
You will be given a warm welcome at the time of buying but after that you will be a treated like a beggar to run behind everything.
In fact they don't know how to respect an women, construction team have harassed my wife when she went an complained.
I am deep frustration of buying here, no respect and no response. Almost In the verge of filing a case.
Anyone buying this property, contact me, I will explain the drawbacks end to end and who behaves in what manner to you

β β β β β This is one of the best projects in the Electronic city. The ambience is outstanding. Temple is there for everyone which spreads the positivity all around. All facilities are there including multi purpose court. My investment in this project was worth it. It is located at the heart of Ananthnagar.

Only concern is money and will follow for the same. For rest work we will have chase and follow up for 4-6 to get a simple work done.. Really disappointed

β β β β β Nice apartment in ananth nagar, electronic city phase2. Good place to stay for rent or buy apartment. Just opposite to Mahendra Aarna is Vishal mega mart. All things are available there. There is market also nearby. Inside aarna complex, there is lot of space to walk, kids to play, dog park also!!! What i really liked about the place is that for houses in the groud floor, they have provided extended garden space. I haven't seen this facility in any of the apartments that I have visited. It has 13 floors approx. Floors above 5th are all well lighted and ventilated. The Supreme advantage point: no high rises nearby. Loved the place but I did not buy it because it was little expensive for my budget. However, I would advise people to go for it.

This Apartments, is located in an ideal place for you groceries , every day needs and small restaurants and eateries near by.

A two bedroom apartment of 1075 sq feet is quite spacious enough and nice layout , which is much better of what I have seen elsewhere and good rates.
Nice swimming pool in the first floor level and kids were having a gala time in the hot summers .
Nice apartments and a convenient place for housing with all amenities near to it
