β β β β β The people of s2 were really professional in explaining the project. The project is supposed to be allocated in two phases. 2 blocks by this year and the rest two blocks by the next year. The thing I liked most is the wide balcony. Expected more ventilation though in the rooms.

The quality of the building looks solid and the price quoted is affordable.I am happy to share that I have finalised for a 3BHK. Anyone who is looking for a simple, affordable, practical and well located residence you should surely pay a visit.

β β β β β This project is very easily accessible.All basic amenities of the project such as club house,swimming pool area are well planned.The construction quality is well done by their engineering team.The sales team has kept to their word.Their 2 BHK is spacious with well planned balconies and patio.
All amenities such as super markets,schools and all major banks are all in walking distance.Next whenever the Metro rail starts for sure the property value shall shoot up.
As for inference its a must buy if your looking at this part of town to be your home
