★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not invest in this project. I regret investing in this project. Considering location, I booked studio apt in 2014 and still there is no significant progress in this project. During booking they said 2020 and after Rera registration, they shifted to 2024. I have been patient for 2 yrs, assuming they will deliver before 2024 and now there is no update from their end. I doubt they will even deliver at 2024.Very disappointed!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid investing in this property presently. This project does not deserve even single star.
I have booked during 2016 with completion date as Dec-2020 but after RERA, the new date is 2024, which is also not practically feasible. There is no clear picture when we will get our flats. Builder is not giving any idea w.r.t. progress of the construction.
The protographs indicated are for SRA people / land loosers and not of the sold buildings.
The positive remarks must be from its own employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This project is inordinately delayed . Please do not invest unless there is a reals start in construction activities onsite . Did not expect this kind of delay from a reputed company like Radius .
