★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is very good and 1.9 km from GTB Nagar Railway station of Harbour line and 2.5 Km from Sion station of Central line. It is centrally located from Navi Mumbai, South Mumbai, BKC and other important locations. Floor plan of project is satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Runwal forfeited my booking amount of 5 lacs even though I cancelled my booking within 2 days. I had booked a flat in Runwal Timeless. However, I realised that they have been pursuing this property since 2008 and there are lots of anger against them from the slum dwellers. They have also not started even digging after a year from the launch of this project. I realised that they will never deliver by 2024 as they are promising. All the investors also will have to deal continuously with slum dwellers as they are not happy with Runwal's arrangement. I cancelled my booking within two days of paying the booking amount. However, they have refused to refund the amount. I approached everyone including their MD Sandeep Runwal. But none of them reply to any communication. Same people were calling me at least 10 times a day. But none of them pick up my phone or answer email. Basically, they act like a low grade road side thug waiting to pick pocket your hard earned money. I am left with no option but to go to court to get my money back now. Do not invest in any of the properties of Runwal. If you do, make sure your lawyer has read all the documents and approved. These guys are dangerous to deal with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the 5 star for this project here in reviw are given by Runwal's sales team. Mohit Ramsinghani is head of sales. Sachin Jain is the site in-charge. Rest all are also from Runwal. This project has lots of issues with slum people. They have not started construction. It will suffer from lots of delays. Surrounding of this project is bad. Runwal treats its customer very badly once you make payment. There is not even partial refund if you cancel. Not advisable to invest in this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big scammers. Beware of buying any property with Runwal. They are known to never deliver on time. They use cheapest construction materials. Also, once you pay the booking amount, you will get treated like dirt. They will flatly refuse to refund your booking amount even if you are canceling within a day or two. Read their terms and conditions mentioned in very small print in payment plan carefully. Beware of getting trapped by these vultures of Runwal!
