★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with the front office staff who helped organise an airport pickup and drop off at very short notice, had breakfast packed for me for an early flight and made sure I had a stress free and comfortable stay during a short layover at Delhi.
Note that there are no shuttles between Aerocity (where the hotel is) and the airport so you need to call or inform the hotel if you need a pick up - or get a cab from the airport.
The room itself was fine - what you would expect from a Hyatt group hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice hotel in Delhi Aerocity, catering to business travelers. It's rooms and interiors are done in aesthetic and contemporary style which aptly catches the need of a business traveler.
The service staff are well behaved while being trendy.

The staff is superb!
I visited many five star hotels but never encountered such a staff which pays respect to each other or enjoy serving food with love ❤ It was my anniversary day and I couldn't have chosen any better place than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a delightful experience, being a hospitality profession and an expert in auditing luxury properties I can only say that the Andaz team has exceeded their expectations in every way.
The staff are passionate and they enjoy what they do. Very polite, respectful and goes that extra mile to please you.
Their breakfast buffet is extraordinary you must try their croissants, pastry and bread selection. They have a lavish spread which will kill your hunger and craving for delightful breakfast.
Overall my stay is for one day but sure I will return again to experience these place together with Delhi.
Andaz team your staff are your asset keep them happy and they will deliver what you expect. Thank you for such a memorable stay experience.

looked rundown. Needs refurbishment I think. Hyatt runs great brands and am sure will notice this. Service was good. Need more space at the banquets if one is running a conference. Atleast to keep to the current distancing requirements during the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Style has faded and pretty fast, once a welcoming and lovely place that I would call home whenever in Delhi, not anymore, new staff faces are always a warning sign for me, untrained staff however brilliant your product is going to be a doom,success is measured in repeat guests and not crowds ,Andaz sadly went that path, hurried and non genuine service was what I encountered during my recent stay, a week before I stayed at Park Hyatt Chennai and that was brilliant.
I have stayed on Andaz on numerous occasions both business and leisure but this last stay from room service to getting transportation to the Airport was a unpleasant experience.
Next time their neighbours Marriott will get a new customer.

A Large table in the room with more than 12 feet long sofa seat adjoining the large window over looking the live flights movements. Sound proof rooms.
simple and elegant interiors ,but finishing levels are not as per Hyatt standerd.
Breakfast & services are satisfactory.
Overall ,A comfortable stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at. The customer service is amazing, the breakfast is out of this world and generally it is a fantastic experience. It is worth the relative expensive cost. We had stayed in a number of other hotels on our one month trip to India and this hotel ended our trip perfectly.
