★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I had a connecting flight next day early morning. I had booked a room for one night. And I decided to go with this place because it had a nice rating on booking.com , well let's just say it wasn't what they advertised.
Pro:
1. Check in was fast and hassel free.
2. Room service and attending services were fine. (Only after I tipped each person 50 INR.)
Cons:
1. The room was not clean.
2. The room service delayed my food order both the times I ordered. At dinner one of the dishes actually arrived an hour after my actual dinner arrived !
3. I had to leave early morning to catch my flight, I had informed them at check in and also before I slept to keep a taxi/transport ready. When I came down at 4.30 am, they didn't have it ready. So I waited 20 mins for the taxi, then the receptionist stuck 2 other passengers with me in the car, without my consent because they also had to go to the airport. (On top of all this, the hotel wanted me to pay 300 for the ride as well wanted the other 2 passengers to pay 300 !)
Well I gave my piece of mind to the management from the airport, before I departed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience when i entered the room, dull lighting, broken plasters of wall, toilet seat was rusted, electrical board was out of the wall was very dangerous to plug in our chargers, stinking room, no air ventilation, and the ambience created by staff was very bad, the photos on google were completely opposite of what was assigned to me, the staff took the payment first in advance without showing the rooms, they lied, extra disturbance by room services was made by knocking for cleaning even when I didn’t requested. I won’t recommend staying here to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me Rs2000 for one night stay and Rs475 for a worthless Chicken and Rice meal for dinner. They actually robbed me, I think the cab driver who took me to the hotel have any link to getting commission for bringing the tourist to that hotel. I only spent money as I was really in need to stay. This hotel had dirty room and dirty linen, I was shocked to waste my money. This hotel should be banned and the people in the reception area are bloody liars. They charge and eat commission. Creepy people running the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked in at 6 am in the morning and while I was checking in, it was clearly agreed that I will staying till 4 pm and accordingly I paid to the receptionist. While I was checking out, they denied saying that you have to pay for two days now. Upon saying that it was already agreed the receptionist or manager (some guy) started in loud voice that no it was never agreed and that I was lying about it and proved me wrong in front of people and started making mockery about it ended up me paying that extra amount. They are fraudsters and don't respect the guests and show gundagardi. There was no water in the washroom post 12 pm and the room are so suffocating as there is no proper ventilation. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
