I would be closing my account from this vikas puri branch just because of pathetic services by the useless staff sitting inside . Flop show .

I visited this Branch with my wife, seeking basic assistance and details of my brother in law's accounts in this Branch, such as the amounts deposited. But this information was denied, by staff and manager, citing secrecy. Such information is readily shared by other banks and appropriate guidance given.
People should avoid depositing their hard earned money in such an uncooperative and unhelpful bank.
It's gloomy and full of inertia.
