★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worst branch, no service to customer, I kept on calling BM of bank and left many text also regarding my home loan moratorium extension for last more than one month but no help.
Now I am worried about my credit score but bank is not bothered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That is my home branch but I am not feel good.Becous of branch staff behaviour to customer so Bed & doodling and there work is so slowly.there's staff 5 to 10 minutes go to lunch before Lunch time and after the lunch comming to own seat 10 t0 15 minutes late.so I want to say that in govt. Bank customer time No velue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't guide their new customers well. I went there for opening a simple saving bank account with my son. They opened demat and trading cum saving account and deducted 590/- from my son's newly opened account instantly.
I m not satisfied and feeling like cheated by their system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been banking with Vikaspuri Branch for more than 3 decades. The BIGGEST PROBLEM is the communication. No LAND LINE, NO alternate Mobile Number. In the absence of the BM even ,no one reply email . The management of Union Bank Of India need to do some thing in this area.
